New Year's Eve is just around the corner, so we figured this is the perfect time to drop a new recipe for this celebration. I mean, who doesn't want a delicious, interesting, and tangy drink to ring in the New Year?
We discovered this prosecco cocktail recipe during the Christmas holidays and are thrilled to share it with you! Personally, we are a fan of both prosecco and aperol, so this drink was definitely a must try. The bright red hue of the drink makes it perfect for the holidays and to ring in the New Year.
Can you believe another year has passed? 2020 has been a bumpy road to say the least, and a part of me is in disbelief that the year is almost over, while the other part is relieved. After all, 2020 will always be the year that a global pandemic changed life as we know it. Yet, just like any year, I'm sure we all have enough to be thankful for this year.
Aperol (8 cl)
Prosecco (8 cl)
Cranberry juice (8 cl)
Lemon tonic (10 cl)
Garish: Orange slice and rosemary
Place some crushed ice in a cocktail glass and pour the aperol followed by prosecco, cranberry juice, and lemon tonic. Stir briefly to combine.
Serve as is or garnish with orange slice and rosemary. Enjoy!
